  • Despite NFT NYC this week, the market sentiment still cant push out of the cool zone.

  • Given the recent Ethereum rally, NFTs that have held their floors will naturally have an increase in USD value.

  • We fundamentally believe that the rally in crypto and ALTS will undoubtedly pull liquidity from the NFT market into the crypto market, where people sell off NFTs assets to make higher returns in crypto.

  • But it's worth noting that this Liquidity will be from wallets with an interest in NFTs.

  • Therefore we expect it to flow back into the NFT market following a bull rally in crypto.

Project to watch:

Meegos is yet to launch, but they certainly have piqued our interest given the team behind them is none other than BlocksmithLab.

Blocksmith Labs is a Web3 SaaS company and are the creator of SmythsNFT, on top of that they have built many other successful Web3 products.

There isn't much info surrounding Meegos yet. But what we do know is that we are early to this one.

Not only is this an extremely bullish partnership for the Asian market, but this news brings two of the largest entities in their field together to assert NFT/Web3 dominance. We have often seen projects go alone, whether NFT projects or Web2 companies bridging to Web3. Sometimes, the best things happen when two giants in their own field come together. The Beanz floor has risen from 1.3 ETH to 1.55 ETH due to the news.

Mastercard has been very clear about its desires in all things NFT and Web3 and this latest programme intensifies its emersion in the culture. Despite the recent hiccup where they pulled back on all new crypto and blockchain partnerships it is extremely positive for the space that they are continuing to adopt new NFT ideas.

It's positive to see Apple approve the wider rollout of this app given the previous handle they have had on the space, most famously with Coinbase due to the 30% purchase fee issue. With this wallet comes stiff competition from the likes of the Coinbase wallet, MetaMask and Robinhood but this should be extremely positive for users generally as competition within the marketplace will ensure they are continually striving to improve leading to a better experience.

'FrankDegods' Founder of Degods & Y00ts delivers an MTV Cribs-style Hotel tour at NFT NYC.

The Degods 'DeNYC' Scavenger hunt appeared to be a roaring success delivering an innovative & immersive way to engage the community in real life outside of Memes, Twitter spaces & NFTs.

The community rallied together to partake in entertaining activities around the city and posted their efforts across Twitter, with the hashtag #DeNYC.

It's safe to say the initiative has gone viral.

Cardano - The Cardano ecosystem has really failed this year to get going.

The total number of Cardano NFT buyers has fallen by 23% in the last 30 days.

The index which measures the performance of the Cardano NFT market dropped 15.5% over the same period.

They were never going to take the top seat at the table but to maintain some sort of competitiveness they need to ensure the rollout of the native wallet can improve the sentiment.

Azuki 3628 - Sometimes we come across a sale that just blows our minds.

If anyone ever tells you it's just a worthless picture that anyone can have a copy of you can fire them the facts of this sale.

This NFT was sold on the 12th of April for a whopping 329.69 ETH ($627,805)

Of course, these sales are not regular and come across far less frequently than we would love but the seller could one day be you.

There are many blue-chip projects yet to be created so make sure you remain bullish in the markets, you just never know.
